Great dinner wine!
A wine that I was introduced to by Steve Day has turned out to be one of my favorite dinner wines. It’s Gabbiano an Italian Chianti. The vintage I have had so far has been the 2004 and at @ $7.00 a bottle it’s a great value!
From what I understand it used to sell for considerably more. But I am happy to get it at the current price.
I have enjoyed it with everything from Chicken to Hamburgers and just on it’s own. Give it a try, I have always been able to find it at Total Wines, and it often shows up at Harris-Teeters as well.
